Windsor Instructional Basketball League is more than learning and developing new basketball skills. Our League is focused on delivering positive reinforcement, providing opportunities to excel and achieving successful results through hard work. Our program is about character building and development, improvingself-confidence, promoting good sportsmanship and, of course, having FUN.
