ABOUT US
WIBL is a volunteer based, under the direction of the Recreation and Leisure Services department. The program serves children in grades 2 through 12 residing in Windsor. We are a recreational league as opposed to a competitive or traveling one. There are no tryouts or playoffs. We are dedicated to providing a safe environment in which kids can learn and enjoy the game of basketball. We encourage and emphasize good sportsmanship, the development of individual skills and the importance of teamwork.
